Experience, knowledge and skills:
- A Maintenance Mechanic candidate with 5+ years of overall experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing environment background, preferably aerospace.
- Minimum 2 years experience with CNC Machinery / Conventional mills/lathes
- Strong Mechanical knowledge & familiarity with industry related machines, equipment, tools [CNC, manual equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems]
- Flexibility and willingness to report to work in the event of machine breakdowns and emergencies, or scheduled PMs
- Ability to multitask and organize/prioritize workload effectively
- Welding and fabrication skills strongly desired
- Heat Treat or Furnace experience is a PLUS but not required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code NEC specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
- Computer Savvy; email, ERP
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Installing, replacing, or repairing electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
- Can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical problems with equipment.
