MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Maintenance and/or Construction Experience
? Technical Certification or combination of education and verifiable experience in field
? Previous school/institutional/commercial construction or maintenance related experience
? Previous experience preparing bid packages, RFPs, etc.
? Valid Georgia drivers license; acceptably clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in 36 months)
? Ability to communicate in a professional manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Vocational training
? College degree in Architecture, Building Construction, Engineering or related field with five (5) years
architectural, construction, engineering and or maintenance experience or GED/High School Diploma with at
least ten (10) years of maintenance, architectural, construction or engineering experience.
