Machine Mechanic - Flemington NJ (Onsite) - Fulltime or Part-time

The Machine Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery, auxiliary equipment, and related systems in our high-volume recycling facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, reduces downtime, and supports safe, efficient operations across all production lines.

Required:

Minimum 3 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Preferred:

Experience with plastics recycling machinery (shredders, granulators, extrusion lines).

Welding and fabrication skills.

Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
