Fluent in English U.S. residency Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). Nice-to-haves Experience with preventive maintenance and facility management systems Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Compensation & logistics Hourly pay: $25 - $50 , commensurate with experience and project fit. Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
