Whether you're just starting out or bringing production experience with you, this is your opportunity to make an impact! What You'll Do: Clean and prep laboratory glassware and dishes
Assemble combs, cut strips, label, and package test kits
Operate high-tech equipment (automated & semi-automated)
Inspect products with an eye for detail and quality
Track part numbers, inventory, and production data
Collaborate across teams to keep everything flowing smoothly
Support kitting and labeling - no two days are the same!
Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized space What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and math skills (Microsoft Office is a plus!)
A go-getter attitude with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
Willingness to jump in on overtime or weekend shifts if needed Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to bend, stoop, and use stairs (including rolling stairs)
Okay with working in cooler or freezer areas for short periods
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
