Part Time Maintenance Worker

Maintenance company in need of a day time custodian to start immediately at our Niles retail property. Desired candidate will have some landscaping experience and an eye for detail. Duties include but are not limited to: blowing sidewalks and islands with a hand held gas blower, emptying and relining garbage cans, assisting with building access for contractors, reporting damage to property and walking the property to remove all debris. Training will be provided. Hours are Monday through Friday and Sundays 6:00am - 10:00am. Please send resume for consideration or call ... for interview.
