Electrical Maintenance Technician - $30 - $38hr Job Description The role of an Industrial Maintenance Technician focuses on supporting and providing ongoing preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, and unplanned maintenance on highly automated production equipment with various electrical and automation system technologies within assigned plant areas. Responsibilities of the industrial maintenance technician The maintenance technician will perform equipment troubleshooting and investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operations, make repairs, bring production back online and make recommendations to prevent re-occurrences. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems, including repair and rework to meet and maintain specifications and tolerances. Essential Skills Experience in Industrial Maintenance with an emphasis on electrical troubleshooting. Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits and Motor Controls (VFD, Servo). Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, and servomotor technology. Additional Skills & Qualifications Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Associate's Degree in a related field. Work Environment The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and offers modern amenities. 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes a 3-2-2 pattern.
