Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent Library Buildings and Grounds; Assistant Superintendent, Facilities Support Division; Fort Meade Operations and Maintenance Branch dayshift. Responsible for the 24/7 facility operations, which includes three shifts. Provides direct supervision of maintenance mechanics (up to WG-12) on dayshift and assistant supervisors working on the afternoon and evening shifts.

You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT:

Ability to supervise a diverse workforce of skilled workers in mechanical trade occupations which may include, but not limited to maintenance, repair and installation of; commercial/industrial air condition and heating systems, plumbing systems, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical systems.
