Maintenance Worker

Create, maintain and supervise a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing physical environment. Provide timely completion of general maintenance and repair to all facility buildings for KidsPeace National Centers of New England.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma and one year's experience in a duty-related area.

JOB DUTIES:

• To promote and maintain a safe, healthy, functional, and aesthetically physical environment for children and employees.
• Ensure timely completion of general maintenance and repair to all facility buildings.
• Carry out the Preventative Maintenance Program for all equipment and utility systems.
• Keep all agency vehicles in safe operating condition and facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas well maintained and free of hazards.
• Keep and maintain data, complete and file reports as requested.
