We are looking for a skilled Industrial maintenance technician for 2nd shift (Monday -Friday) 3:00pm - 11:00pm to oversee the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment. As an industrial maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.

• Key Responsibilities:

• • Installation and Maintenance: Installing, assembling, and disassembling machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and blueprints. Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems with manufacturing equipment. Repairing or replacing defective parts using hand and power tools.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and performing scheduled maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Documentation and Communication: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Collaborating with other maintenance and production teams to address equipment-related issues and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in efforts to improve processes and equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of advancements in industrial technology and machinery.
