Repair and maintain physical structures of the hotel by performing a variety of carpentry, electrical, painting, plastering, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and mechanical repair work using hand tools and power tools. Do preventive maintenance of the facility. Diagnose & replace defective electrical switches and other fixtures Paint structures, and replace or repair plaster, woodwork, drywall, doors, & windows with carpenter's tools. Install & repair plumbing fixtures. Clear obstructions from water & sewer lines. Inspect & service heating, ventilation, & air conditioning systems including changing of air filters. Move furniture and equipment as needed. Perform janitorial work when necessary.
