Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche des assembleurs de structure pour rejoindre notre equipe basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Vos defis:
Travailler a partir dinstructions fournies sous forme de cahiers de montage et daides visuelles;
Utiliser des gabarits et positionner les composants de PVA, des dessins de lingenierie ou de tout autre materiel fourni par le departement des methodes;
Percer dans les tolerances prescrites, appliquez des produits detancheite et installez les fixations requises conformement aux specifications dingenierie;
Respecter les delais normatifs prescrits par le departement des methodes et se conformer au document referentiel de qualite;
Respecter les normes de sante, de securite et de lenvironnement;
Assurer le respect des normes et cadences de production;
Toutes autres fonctions connexes selon lexperience et les qualifications.
Votre carte dembarquement:
Un D.E.P. en montage de structures en aerospatiale OU;
Un D.E.P. en montage mecanique aerospatiale OU;
Une evidence de reussite dune formation acceleree (fast-track) en structure daeronefs OU;
Un D.E.C en assemblage de structure OU ;
Un diplome detude secondaire (D.E.S) ou une equivalence ET un minimum de 3 annees d'experience comme assembleur dans le domaine de l'aeronautique ou dans un secteur connexe, et ce, dans les 5 dernieres annees;
Vous serez appele a travailler dans un espace clos sur une base reguliere;
Vous serez appele a travailler en hauteur jusqu'a 30 pieds sur une base reguliere;
Vous avez une capacite a adopter et maintenir differentes positions physiques selon les besoins du travail.

Your challenges:
Work from instructions provided in the form of assembly manuals and visual aids;
Use jigs and position PVA components, engineering drawings, or any other materials provided by the methods department;
Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealing products, and install the required fasteners according to engineering specifications;
Meet the standard deadlines prescribed by the methods department and comply with the quality reference document;
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards;
Ensure compliance with production standards and rates;
Perform other related duties based on experience and qualifications.
Your boarding pass:
A T.S.D. in aerospace structural assembly OR;
A T.S.D. in aerospace mechanical assembly OR;
A D.S.C in airframe assembly OR;
An evidence of completion of an accelerated (fast-track) training program in aircraft structures, OR;
A high school diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years of experience as an assembler in the aerospace field or a related industry, within the last 5 years;
You will be required to work in an enclosed space;
You will be required to work at heights of up to 30 feet on a regular basis;
Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as needed for the job.
