We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor whos passionate about the maintenance of properties and working with the senior environment. The Maintenance Supervisor works under the direction of the Facilities & Maintenance Director, and is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the facility and associated systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead daily maintenance operations across all facets of Paradise Valley Estates. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, managing systems, and ensuring the community remains safe, comfortable and compliant will all policies and procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills and a resident-focused mindset. Additionally the Maintenance Supervisor safeguards residents property, self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality. The right candidate will also assure residents that neighborhoods are orderly and pleasant.

REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED EXPERINCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Training and combination of relevant Facilities Maintenance and Supervisory experience is required.
- Seven years experience in maintenance services field or related areas
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Valid Drivers License. Licensure or certificate in a trade is preferred.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and life safety equipment.
- Must have thorough knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, repair techniques, and safety regulations relevant to residential and commercial facilities, especially within our senior environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, Osha standards, and fire safety requirements is essential.
- Must be able to grasp, lift, reach, and perform medium physical work, exerting up to 30 pounds of force on a frequent basis and 60 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Must carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
- Must be capable of making mature judgments, function independently
- Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and be able to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
