Annual salary increases up to 5%

What You'll Do Complete service requests and work orders efficiently

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs

Apartment turns and make-readies

Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties

What We're Looking For 4 + years of apartment maintenance experience

EPA Certification strongly preferred

Boiler experience strongly preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
