RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of heavy/dirt equipment
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
Perform safety checks on equipment/ heavy equipment.
Assist senior mechanics
Change brakes and tires
Trouble shoot and repair engine and transmission issues
Estimate time and material costs on equipment repairs and request new parts
Maintain a clean and safe workstation in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have your own tools
Field tech experience
Welding experience is a plus
Proficient with diagnostic tools is a plus (Davie, TEXA)
Must be able to work flexible hours/some weekends
Obtain a valid driver’s license
Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
