Maintenance Supervisor - Store

RC Willey is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee store facility upkeep and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. In this role, you'll handle light building repairs, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and HVAC upkeep. Responsibilities also include painting, landscaping, and sprinkler maintenance. Additional duties involve minor construction work such as concrete pouring, drywall installation, and carpentry. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high facility standards while supporting RC Willey's commitment to excellence.

Starting pay range: $21-$23 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Light building repair and maintenance

Minor plumbing repair and maintenance

Minor electrical maintenance (no installation)

Replace lighting fixtures

Minor heating and air conditioner repair and maintenance

Painting - interior and exterior surfaces

Landscape/cleanliness of grounds and building

Sprinkler repair and maintenance

Light construction:

Concrete mixing and pouring

Frame and drywall installation

Caulking

Minor carpentry construction and maintenance

All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Must demonstrate effective communication skills

Must be self-motivated and have prior experience relative to facility maintenance

Must be able to perform well under stress

Must be able to listen actively and work well with others

Must possess leadership qualities, good organizational skills, and demonstrate dependability

Must actively seek opportunity to take on responsibility

Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems

Must have basic computer skills

Must be able to lift 100 pounds on a regular basis

Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.

Previous handyman/building maintenance experience required.
