Position: Maintenance Electrician - Weekend Nights
Location: Plant 4 Carlisle, PA
Shift: Weekend Nights | Friday night (11p - 7:30a), Saturday & Sunday night (7p - 7:30a)
Pay: $38.20/hr + Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Plant 4 in Carlisle, PA. Youll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on the weekend shift.

What Youll Do:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, and other electrical components

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards

What You Bring:

• Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician

• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting

• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
