Maintenance Technician

General maintenance and repair of a small hotel consisting of 95 rooms. The ideal candidate must possess a current and clean driver's license to operate company vehicles. Additionally, they should have a fundamental understanding of A/C systems, plumbing, painting, patching, electrical work, and other minor repairs. We are seeking a team player who can collaborate effectively with the housekeeping and front office staff. This is a full-time position that may require weekend availability.
