Maintenance Superintendent 2nd Shift

Job Duties: Operational Efficiency: Monitor yields, efficiency, and costs; adjust staffing and schedules to meet production goals. Safety & Ergonomics: Promote a strong safety culture, implement programs, and address workplace hazards. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards. Training & Improvement: Develop employees and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership: Coach and guide teams to achieve performance targets in a collaborative environment.
