Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client in Claremore, OK is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead and coordinate maintenance operations within their facility. This is a hands-on position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery, electrical systems, and plant equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical expertise and proven leadership ability to help organize the department and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Pay: $30$36/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the department.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards.

• Collaborate with production and management teams to prioritize maintenance needs.

• Order and track maintenance parts, tools, and supplies as needed.

• Train and mentor maintenance team members as operations grow.
