Mechanic (CDL Required) - Bay City

Full-Time | Monday-Friday \n

Join Fabiano Brothers as a Mechanic and play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and on the road. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. \n

Schedule:

Monday-Friday. Start times vary, with a combination of mid-morning and afternoon shifts, ending in the evening. \n

What You'll Do: \n

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment \n
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs \n
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards \n
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation \n
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe \n
• Work closely with team members to support fleet operations \n \n

What You Need: \n

• Valid CDL (required) \n
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (diesel experience preferred) \n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail \n
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work \n \n
