Equipment Maintenance Manager

Our client is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime, and leading maintenance activities to improve overall efficiency. As the Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep activities, manage a team of technicians, and develop strategies to enhance equipment performance and safety. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling inspections, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will be expected to lead maintenance teams, develop procedures, oversee repairs, and implement efficiency improvements, all while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of machinery functions and specifications
  • Understanding of safety protocols and standards in the industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High School diploma (Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields is a plus but not required)
