My Staffmark recruiter is so kind, she has an excellent attitude and can focus on my needs Hilario, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Supervise and train die maintenance employees, including onboarding and ongoing skill development Monitor training logs, overtime scheduling, and workforce assignments Oversee die maintenance operations for blank, progressive, tandem, and secondary press tooling Troubleshoot in-press tooling and resolve die, fixture, and production issues Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE requirements, and workplace regulations Maintain production schedules in coordination with Press and Production Control teams Track die maintenance spare parts inventory and support tooling availability Document die improvements , including performance tracking and before/after analysis Provide CAD/3D data to vendors for die component fabrication Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred 1+ years of prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or tool & die environment required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including HR, Quality, and Engineering Strong knowledge of metal stamping and auto parts manufacturing Hands-on experience with tool & die equipment including : Drill press, lathe, Bridgeport, milling machine Surface grinders, band saws, cut-off saws Wire EDM, sinker EDM, OD grinders CNC milling and 3D model programming Ability to interpret complex die mechanics and tool steel applications Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion 360, BobCAD Understanding of CNC machining and 3D surface modeling Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing companywe're your career partner.
