Maintenance Manager

A growing food company located in Memphis, TN is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with USDA beef or pork case ready processing experience.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed

Salary range for this position is $110-120k plus 15% bonus

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 years' experience in USDA beef or pork production maintenance

-5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience

-Experience in USDA beef or pork case ready experience

-Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics

-Experience with some of the following equipment, Bizzerba, Pacific, Marel, Freeze Tunnel, Multivac, TVI Slicer, Metal Detector, Omori, Grasseli, PAA Machine, Tenderizer, Tape Machine, Galaxy and Ban Saw

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others

-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
