Maintenance Manager, Food Manufacturing, Greater Indianapolis
We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability and drive day-to-day equipment performance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical to stabilizing operations, reducing downtime, and building a more disciplined, preventive maintenance culture.
You’ll take ownership of all maintenance activities across production lines, utilities, and facility systems—leading a team of technicians while ensuring rapid response to issues and consistent execution of planned work.
This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader who thrives on the floor, can troubleshoot across mechanical and electrical systems, and is motivated to move a plant from reactive firefighting to structured, reliable operations.

- Equipment uptime, reliability, and overall plant performance
- Execution and improvement of the preventive maintenance program

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Maintenance Management experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to lead from the floor while driving structure and accountability
- Experience in improving PM programs and reducing reactive maintenance
- Practical approach to problem-solving, team development, and execution
Compensation & Contact Information
- Base salary up to $150,000 plus bonus potential
