Experience troubleshooting production machinery and performing electrical repairs
Experience performing routine maintenance on production equipment
Experience wiring machines, lighting, and installing new circuits
Experience assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures
Experience inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components for hazards, defects, and repair needs
Knowledge of electrical compliance requirements
Ability to plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications
Experience using power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment
Experience maintaining logs and recording labor, materials, and equipment used
Experience managing spare parts and components for repair and installation work
Preferred Skills Experience supporting facility-wide electrical services
Experience responding to emergency equipment issues
Experience maintaining electrical inventory and spare parts
Experience working on reduction machinery or similar production equipment
Experience coordinating electrical repair needs with supervisors or maintenance personnel
Job Responsibilities Perform electrical services throughout the facility
Troubleshoot production machinery and complete electrical repairs
Respond to emergency electrical and equipment issues
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
Wire machines and lighting systems
Install new electrical circuits
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and adjustment or repair needs
Ensure electrical work complies with applicable requirements
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications
Use measuring devices, testing equipment, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete electrical work
Maintain logs and records of labor, materials, and equipment used
Maintain spare parts and components for construction and repair work
Notify supervisors when supplies are needed
Notify appropriate personnel when equipment or facility problems arise
