Electronics Production Associate (1st and 2nd Shifts)

Location: Newark, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17 - $23/hour + shift differential + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

Assemble electronicponents like resistors, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits

Follow work orders, blues, and instructions to bring products to life

Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (including microscopes)

Perform soldering, repair, and rework with attention to detail

Inspect your work to ensure it meets top quality standards

Keep production running smoothly by collaborating with your team

What You Bring

Soldering experience a plus!

Steady hands and strong attention to detail

Comfort working with smallponents and tools

Basicputer and math skills

Ability to read instructions and follow processes

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Comfortable working in a moderately noisy production setting

Good vision and manual dexterity for detailed work

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
