To Apply for this Job Click Here Maintenance Manager Scrap Metal Recycling Facility We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all equipment maintenance operations within a busy scrap metal yard. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, coordinating maintenance activities, and leading a team of mechanics to support safe and efficient yard operations. Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance activities for mobile equipment and yard machinery (material handlers, loaders, shear/baler, etc.) Track equipment condition and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is scheduled and completed Assign and coordinate work for mechanics, ensuring timely and efficient repairs Manage parts inventory, order necessary components, and ensure timely receipt of materials Monitor equipment downtime and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and reporting Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Work closely with operations to prioritize repairs and minimize disruption to production Qualifications Experience in maintenance leadership within scrap, recycling, heavy equipment, or industrial environments Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy equipment repair Ability to manage and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience supervising mechanics or maintenance teams Strong organizational and communication skills JOB ID : 175366 #post Gina Leposa To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
