About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join our team our Stockton, CA bakery. As a Maintenance Mechanic B, you will support the safe and reliable operion of bakery equipment by assisting with repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, steam, and hydraulic systems to maintain consistent production readiness.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: Senioritybased schedule
• Hours: Varies, will work a mix of 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
• Weekend availability: Required
• Training: Must be available to work any shift during training; posttraining must be available for the graveyard shift

Compension

• Hourly Re: $35.23

Core Accountabilities (Wh Youll be Doing)

• Support the maintenance and repair of bakery equipment to ensure safe, reliable operion
• Identify and assist in resolving equipment issues reled to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and utility systems
• Maintain tools, work areas, and serviced equipment in sanitary and safe condition with all guards in place
• Contribute to consistent, foodsafe production by following maintenance standards and supporting continuous improvement
• Communice equipment concerns promptly to mechanics, supervisors, and crossfunctional teams
• Build foundional knowledge of bakery equipment operion, fermention systems, and bun production processes
• Support compliance with safety requirements, including respiror certificion and proper PPE usage

Minimum Qualificions (Wh You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED
• 35 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Basic mechanical, electrical, welding, refrigerion, pneumic, steam, and gearbox knowledge
• Foundional PLC troubleshooting and programming skills
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to senioritybased scheduling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive motions, and work in bakery production environments
• Ability to obtain respiror certificion

Preferred Qualificions (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery maintenance
• Experience working with fermention or bun production equipment
• Strong teamwork and communicion skills across maintenance and production teams
• Demonstred ability to troubleshoot diverse equipment systems
• Experience in continuous improvement or reliabilityfocused environments
