What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and complete service requests independently (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Repair appliances, fixtures, locks, and lighting systems
• Handle drywall, painting, and general unit turns
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with property-wide maintenance projects

What We Require (No Exceptions)

• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Proven apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
