We need someone who has strong general maintenance skills and can handle common apartment maintenance needs such as plumbing, basic electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance troubleshooting, doors, locks, cabinets, hardware, unit turns, and general property repairs. The right person is reliable, professional, respectful with tenants, able to work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work. Prior maintenance or handyman experience required.
