Large food manufacturing facility seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the maintenance department and lead reliability, safety, and team performance. Reports to the Engineering Manager.

Scope

60-65 maintenance employees
11 direct reports (supervisors, planning, inventory)
24/7 food processing operation

Responsibilities

Full ownership of maintenance operations
Lead supervisors and hourly trades
Drive PM/PdM, uptime, and RCFA
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and EHS
Budget, parts strategy, and capital input
Safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Engineering degree
Food manufacturing experience
Experience leading maintenance teams at similar scale
Background as Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Manager, or early-career Maintenance Manager
Strong engineering and reliability foundation
