Job Summary:
The Manager Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is responsible for overseeing the operional performance, maintenance quality, and regulory compliance of GSE operions across an assigned region. This role ensures th preventive maintenance schedules, equipment reliability targets, financial goals, and safety standards are consistently met stions' locion.
The Manager provides leadership, stregic direction, and operional oversight of stion level GSE teams and contracted maintenance providers, ensuring alignment with Unifis performance expections and customer service standards.

Job Duties:
Monitor overall GSE performance, including preventive maintenance cycles, reliability metrics, and operional readiness.
Develop and implement regional processes, forecasts, and performance plans to meet financial, operional, and maintenance goals.
Ensure compliance with Unifi policies, customer requirements, and all applicable regulory standards including FAA, OSHA, EPA, and airport authority rules.
Oversee performance and financial accountability for contracted maintenance providers supporting GSE not maintained internally.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and environmental responsibility across all regional operions.
Coach, mentor, and develop stion level GSE teams to support performance improvement and professional growth.
Assist with administrive responsibilities including payroll, employee discipline, documention, and shift reporting.
Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure adeque staffing coverage.
Review operional and maintenance reports and input da into the maintenance tracking system.
Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to maintenance personnel.
Review and valide maintenance tasks and documention within the computerized maintenance tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Communice operional updes, performance results, and expections clearly and consistently across the region.
Set, measure, and manage performance standards for self and others, ensuring operional and financial objectives are achieved or exceeded.

Qualificions:
Five (5) to ten (10) years of reled GSE maintenance operions, fleet planning, or maintenance management experience.
Strong knowledge of GSE maintenance, operional planning, and
P&L management experience preferred.
Excellent communicion, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret da, identify trends, and develop solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong ethical standards and commitment to safety.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United Stes.
Must be able to pass preemployment drug screening and background checks.
Must be able to follow directions, read, and interpret technical documents, and equipment manuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, knowledge of CMMS.
Ability to travel as required and respond to operional needs on short notice.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Subject to on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed.
Work performed in office environments and during stion visits in outdoor ramp conditions.
Exposure to weher conditions including rain, snow, he, and cold.
Exposure to aircraft ramp environments, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and modere noise levels.
