Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts or products according to company standards, specifications, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Assemble components or products using hand tools or small power tools Follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Meet production goals while maintaining safety standards Keep work area clean and organized Report defects, equipment issues, or shortages to supervision Follow all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand, sit, or move for extended periods Ability to lift materials as required Reliable attendance and punctuality Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Work Environment: Manufacturing or production setting May involve standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion Pass basic math test
