Maintenance Supervisor (2 nd shift)

Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of production, packaging, and warehouse equipment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving reliability, and maintaining safety and GMP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support production uptime
• Train and mentor team members on safety and best practices
• Ensure accurate reporting and clear shift-to-shift communication
• Support equipment installations and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Partner with production to resolve issues and improve efficiency
• Enforce safety, GMP compliance, and maintain organized work areas

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of hands-on industrial/mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience a plus
