1st- Electrical Control Panel Assembler

Pro Resources is hiring an experienced Electrical Control Panel Assembler for a growing equipment manufacturer in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong electrical wiring and assembly experience who enjoys building custom industrial control panels from start to finish.
Shift and Compensation

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Minimal overtime — no later than 5:00 PM typically
• Pay: $23–$25/hour, based on experience

Job Duties

• Assemble and wire UL 508A industrial control panels
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Install and mount components including relays, PLCs, VFDs, contactors, overloads, and terminal blocks
• Perform point-to-point wiring and enclosure layout
• Complete testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections prior to shipment
• Work with both high and low voltage systems (24V–480V)
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Background Profile

• Previous electrical wiring and assembly experience required
• Prior control panel or control box assembly experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Familiarity with industrial electrical components and wiring practices
