Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan and schedule major jobs across one or multiple sites, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and minimal disruption to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, production, and EHS to develop detailed job plans and timelines.
- Incorporate system interdependencies and area-specific requirements into all planning activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess job scope, communicate plans, and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Maintain and update planning tools, schedules, and documentation to reflect current job status and future needs.
- Lead pre-job planning meetings and post-job reviews to ensure continuous improvement in planning and execution.
- Support the development of contingency plans for high-risk or complex jobs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Review and approve non-system generated work orders and ensure proper closure documentation.
- Process and manage CMMS workflows, acting as both a reviewer and approver.
- Serve as owner of associated SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and On-the-Job Trainings (OJTs) related to planning and scheduling.
- Manage Work Order administration-related training records.
- Conduct maintenance assessments for change controls to evaluate operational impact.
- Track and manage financial budgets related to areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scheduler Planner in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment required
- 4 6 years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably within a regulated or industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting
- Familiarity with Lean principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent experience
- Energetic, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems
