Position Title:

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Nature & Objective:

A supervisory position that oversees maintenance and ensures that the terminal shops operate safely, efficiently, and responsibly with applicable DOT rules.

Reports to:

Maintenance Manager

Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Three years in maintenance supervisory role
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer
• Knowledge of State, Local, and Federal transportation

Responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure terminals equipment needs are
• Regularly scheduled terminal visits in region required.
• Weekly reports on personnel and equipment
• Responsible for terminal shops compliance of State, Local, and Federal
• Ensure employees have and use the proper P.P.E
