Maintenance Coordinator

RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a team of 2-3 maintenance technicians who work on preventative maintenance and compliance requirements for our 22-acre campus including resident homes, nursing facility, wellness center, restaurants and common areas. This position will develop, implement and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule for all buildings and building systems on campus. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing, testing, and documenting all fire/life/safety systems at RoseVilla. Strong administrative and computer skills are required, including the ability to manage maintenance records, compliance documentation, schedules, and communication systems effectively. Who we need: Someone with prior experience successfully managing preventative maintenance schedules and who has a solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices.Experience working with fire/life/safety systems and related compliance work.Strong administrative and computer skills are a must, including experience with scheduling, documentation, email communication, and maintenance tracking systems.A lead with excellent maintenance aptitude, a calm demeanor, and great interpersonal skills.A team member who values collaboration, is a strong contributor, and is eager to make a difference in the lives of elders.A candidate who will thrive in an environment that is collaborative, team-oriented, forward-thinking and fun. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Rotating on-call schedule every 7 weeks Wage and benefits: Starting wage for $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience.
