RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a team of 2-3 maintenance technicians who work on preventative maintenance and compliance requirements for our 22-acre campus including resident homes, nursing facility, wellness center, restaurants and common areas. This position will develop, implement and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule for all buildings and building systems on campus. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing, testing, and documenting all fire/life/safety systems at RoseVilla. Strong administrative and computer skills are required, including the ability to manage maintenance records, compliance documentation, schedules, and communication systems effectively. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Rotating on-call schedule every 7 weeks Wage and benefits: Starting wage for $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience.
