Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment longevity. Installation: Install new electrical systems and components in compliance with local and national codes. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure seamless operations. HMI Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems to ensure effective and efficient operation. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Technician. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance is preferred. Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and other control systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
