Job Description:

Immediate job opening for a mechanic with experience working on small air craft including C-172, DA-20, DA-40s and DA-42s. This position is located at the Pensacola international airport. This maintenance shop primarily supports a flight school with pilot training contracts with major U.S. airlines, the US Navy and the US Air Force, as well as general aviation flying.

Very intensive work environment.

Company will help on moving cost. Ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism and have a history of reliability.

Typical work week is Mon-Friday 11AM-8PM. Overtime available.

Rate of pay will be based on experience.

Performing 100 inspections, oil changes, tire changes, brake changes and service, strut service, engine work, air frame work.

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be able to work all aspects of maintenance including 100 hour and annual inspections and line squawks.

A&P License required.

IA desired.

Company can assist with IA acquisition.

Must be able to pass KPNS Airport badging requirements.

Company has drug program in place and performs background checks on new hires.

Mechanic must have own tool box and tools.
