This position supports the maintenance team and plays an important role in ensuring facility operations run smoothly with minimal downtime. MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PAY & DETAILS: Pay range: $25+DOE (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, long-term temp-to-hire Location: Schertz, TX 78154 Benefits: Weekly pay via pay card or direct deposit; access to Medical, Dental, Vision & more Tools provided personal tools not required MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIES: Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required Experience working on industrial or manufacturing machinery preferred Knowledge of motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and controls is a plus Mechanical maintenance experience highly preferred Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Stable work history and strong attendance Respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain accurate records and work orders Follow all safety policies and procedures MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or industrial equipment repair preferred Valid Driver's License Strong troubleshooting skills with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic tools Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and small mechanical systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in elevated areas Drug screen and background check required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation (not on the bus line) PREFERRED: Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, etc.) Owns personal hand tools (tools are provided, personal tools not required) Willingness to purchase steel-toe boots WHY YOU'LL LIKE WORKING AS A MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Hands-on, varied work every day no two days are the same Opportunity to expand your skills in electrical and mechanical repair Stable, long-term work with weekly pay Potential to grow within the facility and maintenance field Supportive, safety-focused work environment *Apply online with your resume at to expedite consideration.
