Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Randstad Office Professionals is currrently assisting a service company who is a provider of maintenance and installation services located in Harrisburg, PA with a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator role. salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Must have at least 2 years of dispatch experience or scheduling repair calls; working with customers and employees over the phone
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good at multi-tasking and handling multiple things at one time
• Good personality for working with customers and able to handle possible unpleasant customers
• Preferred experience with multiple line phone systems
• Good Microsoft Office skills and knowledge and not being “scared” of computers
• Bill clients
• Can work 7:30-4:00 PM or 8:00-4:30 PM
• Can work overtime
• Immediate start following video/WebEx interview then face to face interview
• Criminal background and drug screen required prior to start
