Maintenance Supervisor (Curtis Bay)

Salary: $90-110K/year + Bonus Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor manages a team of employees and contractors performing a variety of activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations The Maintenance Supervisor is on-site at Curtis Bay, Monday - Friday day shift and reports to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Drive the continuous effort to reduce the volume of emergency work while increasing the volume of predictive and preventative maintenance work. Supervise the execution of predictive and preventative maintenance plans with corresponding work instructions to ensure adherence. Adherence to the maintenance execution work process. Supervise the execution of maintenance work in the field. Strive to eliminate rework. Understand, interpret, and administer the union contract agreement. Aim to reduce maintenance costs and ensure timely reporting of expenditures. Strive to improve equipment uptime, quality, and speed rates. Physical Requirements and Environment Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft. Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings.
