Maintenance Technician

Our customer in Claremont, NH is hiring a Maintenance Technician for their Elderly Housing Development
This individual will perform routine maintenance procedures for the community, carry out tasks assigned by the Building Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager, and Regional Manager to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications:* Working, hands-on knowledge of building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and janitorial services.* Three (3) years building maintenance experience.* Ability to take initiative in performing tasks that need to be done.* Good verbal and written language skills in predominant language of the property location.* Understanding and consideration of the type of circumstances associated with working with the elderly and handicapped.
