This position plays an important role behind the scenes, helping manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and support maintenance operations so everything runs efficiently each day.
 
Schedule and pay
- Part-time: Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, with flexibility to consider full time hours
	 - Six month contract with potential to extend
	 - Pay: $27.18 per hour
	
 
What you will be doing
• Create and manage purchase orders while working with vendors and internal teams
• Track and organize incoming parts and keep the parts room clean and easy to navigate
• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain appropriate reorder points
• Keep purchasing and inventory records accurate in systems such as SAP or Ariba
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment and parts tracking
• Help resolve order or invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed
• Support the team with additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly
 
What we are looking for
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, or inventory maintenance coordination, ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfort working with systems like SAP, Ariba, and Excel
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
