Maintenance Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing adequate, efficient generation capacity through safe and reliable equipment operation in order to meet system generation requirements in the most cost-effective manner by supervising multiple trades. Also, responsible for providing investment resource planning, forecasting, and coordinating work management systems to meet business needs. Individual must be able to identify and develop work management practices for preventive and predictive maintenance activities aimed at improving reliability and availability while focusing on personnel safety.

A thorough knowledge of generating plant equipment and maintenance processes and procedures. Well rounded knowledge in the trades of mechanical, electrical, machining, and instrumentation. Must possess skills in planning, prioritizing and organizing activities. Team builder and coach; motivator and energizer; ability to provide candid and constructive feedback; written and communication skills; knowledge of basic computer skills; capable of establishing goals and objectives to support strategic initiatives; ability to cope with and implement change. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
