Position: Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 (pay determined from prior experience) Starting Shift: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM Overtime: Available (rarely required, but available) Location: Canonsburg, PA Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician and be a vital part of ensuring production excellence through expert equipment maintenance and facility support. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. If you're passionate about problem-solving, possess a proactive mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. *This person will start on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift as the SHIFT LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN* Required Skills: Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders Familiarity with safety programs and OSHA regulations Skilled in using power and hand tools Hands-on experience with AC/DC electrical systems (minimum 120V, preferred up to 3-phase 480V) Minimum of 1-year professional repair experience or equivalent certification Nice to Have Skills: Experience operating forklift, crane, or other shop equipment Basic plumbing or general facility maintenance skills Formal training in safety standards and procedures Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of manufacturing or related technical experience Other Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Capable of standing for extended periods and performing bending, reaching, and climbing tasks Visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical documents Valid driver?s license for company-related travel within a 15-mile radius Ability to work in changing environmental conditions, indoors and outdoors Benefits: 12 days of PTO from 1st day-moves to 15 days after 1st year 8 Company paid holidays Medical: (Highmark BCBS): $25 per pay for employee only; $60 per pay full family Dental: (MetLife)-100% employer paid Vision: (VBA): $2.22 per pay employee only; $6.93 per pay full family MANY OTHER BENEFITS!
