What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience

• EPA 608 Certification (required) — NATE certification is a strong plus

• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, gas furnaces, package units)

• Comfortable communicating clearly with homeowners and explaining repair options

• Clean driving record (we'll run an MVR)

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Available Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends during peak season

• Live within commuting distance of Argyle, TX (76226) or willing to relocate

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in customers' homes across the DFW area

• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners

• Operate your company vehicle safely and professionally

• Protect job sites (drop cloths, shoe covers, furniture protection) and leave them cleaner than you found them

• Pick up parts and supplies from local distributors as needed

• Collaborate with co-workers, install crews, and dispatch to deliver excellent service
