JOB OVERVIEW

The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems and components efficiently, safely, and to company standards while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, team-oriented installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow within a high-performing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HVAC Installer, your essential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Install residential HVAC systems and perform full system change-outs

• Set and connect condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and related components

• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards

• Prepare and protect job sites (drop cloths, floor protection, furniture moving as needed)

• Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times

• Leave each home in better or equal condition than when you arrived

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work

• Operate the company vehicle safely and in compliance with all laws

• Pick up parts, materials, and equipment from distributors as required

• Report issues with tools, vehicles, or equipment immediately

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

• Perform additional duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions

THE COMPENSATION

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Location: Argyle, TX

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST with occasional Saturdays as needed. 

• Overtime available based on workload
